Private Residence - Middletown, Connecticut

February 26, 2013 in Residential Projects

This house sits on a steeply sloping property overlooking the Connecticut River. The owner’s requirements were that the house be in the Shingle Style tradition common in New England. The plan was for the structure to be one room deep, making the most of the views while minimizing the disruption to the sloping side.
