This house was designed to fit onto a remnant ¼ acre triangular lot in a National Historic Register neighborhood. A great deal of attention was given to the scale, materials and details of this design in order to fit the required setbacks and the existing neighborhood context. The plan revolves around a central hallway minimizing circulation space and maximizing usable floor space.
