The exotic and interesting owner of this older condominium requested that the Floor Plan and Detail of the newly acquired home be altered and renovated into a personal and formal living environment. The entire structure was gutted and refitted to suit the client’s needs and European taste. A formal terrace was added with a fountain which becomes a dinning room axis and focal point. The library paneling, shelves, and cabinetry were built to custom specifications.
