Located in downtown Greensboro, this is a complete renovation of a turn of the century hardware store into the new headquarters for a local management company. The original building has been renovated many times in the intervening years, and was left in a dark, tired and underutilized condition. The new owners requested that the original building shell be restored and that it meet all modern office standards while maintaining a formal, traditional work environment.
